Earrings
All earrings are final sale.
If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase, please contact us right away. Depending on the style and availability, we will: Replace the earrings, or Issue a refund for the purchase price.
Because our earrings are handmade from polymer clay, minor imperfections are natural and part of the handmade process. These slight variations make each pair unique and are not considered defects. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor imperfections. That said, we would never send a piece that does not meet our quality standards.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Bronze Earrings
Our bronze earrings are also handmade, and slight imperfections may occur as part of the artisanal process. These small variations add character and uniqueness to each piece.
Please note that bronze is a natural metal and may tarnish over time. This is a normal reaction and not considered a defect.
All policies listed under the Earrings section above apply to bronze earrings as well, including the final sale policy and replacement/refund terms for items that arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase.
