Processing & Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with tracking information provided.

We ship using USPS First Class Mail, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Due to occasional USPS delays, and because not all USPS locations operate at the same speed, transit times cannot be guaranteed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is lost or stolen during transit, please contact your local USPS office directly to file a claim or request assistance.

 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
